We are looking for a Ceph Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. You will be crucial in designing, implementing and optimizing Ceph-based storage solutions. You are the ideal candidate if you enjoy working on Ceph, working on reliable storage infrastructures, improving engineering efficiency, and digging into the technical details to solve problems.

What do you bring?
- Proven experience as a Ceph Consultant/Ceph engineer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Ceph architecture, components, and deployment strategies
- Strong understanding of storage protocols, including RADOS, RBD, and CephFS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning for Ceph clusters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer issues simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional support
